Here are some of our top FAQ's.
What does “one active request" mean?
It means I work on one project at a time — not one design. You can request things like 10 social posts or a full slide deck in one go.
What kind of designs are included?
Branding, web design (Figma or Wix), social media graphics, and marketing assets. You’ll find a full list of what’s included on the website and in Trello.
How fast is the turnaround?
Most requests are completed within 2–3 business days. Larger projects might take a bit longer — I’ll always let you know up front.
Who is creating the designs?
Everything is designed by me , no outsourcing, no templates. You get consistent, high-quality design with one clear point of contact.
Can I really cancel anytime?
Yes — you're not locked in.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you’ll keep access until the end of your billing cycle.
What’s not included in this subscription?
Things like motion graphics, 3D design, complicated illustration, and InDesign files aren’t part of the service. If you're unsure, just ask!

All designs are created by me—no outsourcing. You get consistent, high-quality design from someone who actually knows your brand - Me!
You’ll get access to your own Trello board where you can add as many design requests as you want. I work on one active request at a time, and once it’s complete, you can move the next one into the queue.
It refers to one active project, not one single design.
For example, you can request a full set of social posts or multiple assets in one go — I’ll just work on one full request at a time.Most tasks are delivered within 48-72 hours. More complex requests (like full brand kits or web pages) may take up to 3-5 business days depending on scope.
I only take on about 5-7 clients at a time. I want to make sure i can offer past and high quality design work, so spaces are limited.
Nope! You can submit unlimited requests and revisions. I’ll just complete them one at a time so everything gets my full attention.

Due to the nature of the service, I don’t offer refunds once work has started. However, if you’re not satisfied in the first 7 days, I do offer a 75% money-back guarantee—no questions asked.
You can leave comments directly on your request card in Trello. I’ll review and make the changes—no messy email threads or back-and-forths.
No problem at all! You can request as many revisions as needed until it feels right. My goal is to make sure you’re genuinely happy with every piece before moving on to the next request.

Yes! There are no contracts—cancel your subscription anytime. You'll retain access to everything I've delivered.
I work primarily in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Wix for web design, i can also create templates in Canva if preferred. Files can be delivered in whatever format you need (SVG, PNG, PDF, JPG, etc.).
Let me know, and I’ll do my best to prioritise it, although i can never promise it will be ready on time. While I work on one request at a time, I understand some things need to move fast.
